Enjoy waterfront dining at Haven Terrace, our award winning Mediterranean fusion restaurant in Limassol. Perched above the sea, Haven Terrace affords an elegant ambiance with stunning views of the Limassol Olympic coastline. For starters, Chef Z recommends: Summery Sea Bass Ceviche. To follow, Mediterranean Stuffed Calamari or succulent 24h Slow Cooked Pork Belly sweetened with Cypriot Commandaria. Lastly, for dessert Chef Z’s signature Amaretto crème brûlée.

We are proud of our island's amazing produce and eager to support local. Most of our ingredients are sourced locally, except for a few speciality items which are sourced from abroad. Over 90% of the fruit and vegetables used in our dishes are sourced locally, from small producers whenever possible. We are especially proud of the extra virgin olive oil we cook with and serve at La Brezza, which is bio-certified and sourced from Akaki Grove, a small producer based in Akaki village, Nicosia. The aromatic herbs we used to flavour our dishes are grown here in the hotel gardens. After your meal we invite you to take a stroll in our seafront garden to admire the sage, basil, oregano, and rosemary plants.

Chocolate sponge layers filled with hazelnut butter cream and chocolate fresh cream. A thick and tasty layer of hazelnut paste between creams, enriches the hazelnut flavour.
