Topsy Turvy World was founded in 2004 by Dulcie Rowe with the objective of providing a better quality of party and play facilities for the under 12s. A new 12,000 sq ft purpose built stand-alone unit was constructed at Brent Cross Shopping Centre to house a large play structure with a café/restaurant facility and party rooms.
