Whippersnappers, founded in 1994 by Caroline Burghard and Kirk Service, is a vibrant, multicultural arts company based at Brockwell Lido in Brixton. They offer inclusive music, sports, and art programs across London and beyond. In 2011, they opened a second site in Dulwich Park. With over 30 staff, they are a not-for-profit CIC reinvesting in community arts and promoting diversity and inclusion for all ages and needs.

You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

A high-energy, imagination-packed party where children dive into creative fun from the start. With colorful face painting and free play to settle in, the room soon fills with excitement—parachute games, laughter, and lively talent show moments. After a break for food, the celebration continues with magic, bubbles, and a disco that gets everyone dancing. It's a vibrant, joy-filled experience where every child gets to shine.

The room is booked for 4 hours but the party booking is for 2 hours. The extra 2 hours are for setting up before and clearing up after the party.
We usually provide a 20 min arrival time of free play and face painting so the children have time to settle into the space. Then we do 40 min of party games and entertainment before breaking for lunch or tea. After eating we will do more entertainment i.e. magic show, party games, disco, best dancer competition.
1 adult: 3 kids (<4). 1 adult: 8 kids (4–7).
Setting up
• When you arrive, the tables and tablecloths will be set up, and the party coordinator will be organizing
the equipment needed for the party.
• You, as the party host, will be responsible for putting up any additional party decorations that you bring
to the venue. No tape or pins should be used so please bring blu-tack and string.
• If there are any last-minute requests use the setting up period to speak to the Party Coordinator
Clearing up
• The party space must be vacated within the allocated time unless an agreement has been reached to
indicate otherwise.
• The party space will need to be cleared of food debris and wrapping paper – we supply a vacuum
cleaner for you to use.
• Do ensure that you clean the kitchen. All crockery should be washed by hand.
• All rubbish should be bagged in bin liners provided by the Whippersnapper coordinators.
• If any breakage or spillage occurs please notify the party coordinator.
100% prepayment is required to secure your booking.
