Late arrivals: only a 5-minute grace period; missed bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Exceptional circumstances (e.g., weather, travel issues) do not qualify for cancellation without charge. Food and drink pre-orders are still payable or forfeited.
Food pre-orders must be finalized 2 weeks prior; changes made less than 2 weeks but more than 72 hours notice cannot be refunded but may be converted into drink credits; food is served even to no-shows.
Any damage to the venue or equipment will be charged at cost.
Missing items: replacements are charged (e.g., £40 per pair of missing shoes, £60 per bowling ball).
Leftover food may be taken home, but drinks cannot be removed. Prepaid balances (e.g., bar tabs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Event safety: venues are thoroughly cleaned nightly; hand sanitiser stations available. Risk assessments can be provided in advance.
