You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

You can cancel your party up to 30 days prior to your booked date, this will incur a £100 cancellation fee. If your party is sooner than 30 days, payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your party, please email us as soon as possible to postpone/ reschedule.

The Chillie Kids Club offers a unique Kids Party Package that blends creativity and fun, perfect for eco-conscious young artists! This interactive party lasts for 2 hours, including 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes of free play. Children can choose to customize a small denim jeans bag or a preloved t-shirt using upcycling tools and equipment provided. Our hands-on workshops encourage kids to design and personalize their items while learning to protect the planet. Tailor your package by selecting add-ons or personalizing with other preloved items on our form. Celebrate with us for a memorable and engaging experience that promotes creativity, sustainability, and teamwork. The party length is 2 hours and we suggest leaving the break to the last 15 minutes for cake and photo opportunities. The kids can snack and drink while they create but this is a recommendation and we can adjust this to suit your requirements.
We can tailor these packages to suit you and very happy to discuss any other ideas you might have!
All parties paid for in advance to The Chillie Kids Club. We require full payment up front to secure your chosen date and time.
Confirm sizes of children at least 14 days prior to party.
Final guest numbers to be confirmed 7 days prior.
Chillie Kids Club is not responsible for any damage caused to clothing.
The host takes full responsibility for the party guests for supervised use of scissors, glue and needles and any heated equipment.
If at the shop location you have 30 mins prior to set up party and decorations and 30 minutes after. Any parties that run over the set allocated time will be charged an extra £50.
