Groups of 10 or more must allow 14 working days notice to cancel with refund; otherwise the deposit is retained.
Guests should arrive 15 minutes early; the venue can only hold lanes for 10 minutes. After that, the deposit may be applied to a later game or restaurant bill (if available).
Adding more people requires an additional deposit per extra guest.
Payment is cashless only via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Under-18s are allowed until 7 PM at Brick Lane (and Holborn), and until 8 PM at other venues.
ID checks apply from 6 PM for anyone who looks under 25; deposits may be non-refundable if ID is not provided.
Well-behaved dogs allowed in certain areas: must be leashed, limited to two dogs per lane, and owners are liable for them.
Guests will be charged for damage to bowling or karaoke equipment, with a card held on file for security.
Reselling of booked event space without prior permission is prohibited—violators forfeit booking and deposit.
All guests must pay a deposit of the full bowling or activity amount in order to secure your bowling/activity.
