Guests must arrive 30 minutes before the start time.
- All participants must sign a waiver; under 18s require a parent or guardian signature.
- Attendance at a safety briefing before the session is mandatory.
- Flip Out grip socks must be worn at all times.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult who remains on-site (max 1 adult per 10 kids).
- Participants must be in good health; max weight limit is 125 kg.
- No jewelry or sharp objects, such as belt buckles or clothing studs, are permitted on trampolines.
- Comfortable sportswear is recommended.
