Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

Kids Party Package at Ray's Playhouse

Ray's Playhouse presents an exciting Kids Party Package designed for unforgettable celebrations! This 3 ½ hour session will delight children aged 1-12 and can be booked for either morning (9.30 am - 1 pm) or afternoon (2.30 pm - 6 pm) slots. Your party will accommodate up to 30 children with our specially designed small tables and chairs, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to enjoy their fun-filled day. We also provide three large tables and 20 adult chairs for your guests. Our venue is equipped with essential amenities including a sink, full-height fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, and kettle, making it easy for parents to cater to party needs. For added excitement, feel free to bring a bouncy castle, which can be set up outside. With our dedicated space and facilities, your child's special day will be both enjoyable and stress-free, creating lasting memories for everyone involved.

- 3 ½ hours session (either 9.30am-1pm or 2.30pm – 6pm)
- Small tables and chairs for up to 30 children. Three large tables and 20 adult chairs.
- There is a sink, full height fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven and microwave, kettle
- If you wish to bring a bouncy castle it can only be used outside
Please note that no kitchen equipment, i.e baking trays, cutlery, cups etc are not included and must be provided by the hirer.
Only licenced and registered animal party experiences will be permitted. Insurance details and full details of the provider must be given in advance.
You will need to bring your own equipment to play music. Please respect our neighbours when playing music and keep the volume to a sensible level.
No fireworks or BBQ’s are permitted inside or outside the premises.
Please respect the planted areas and do not allow children to trample over the bedding plants.
We allow helium balloons, but insist that all balloons are removed at the end of the party. If inflated balloons are left in the roof space it will set off the alarm. This will result in a call-out charge of £45.00 and this amount being deducted from your deposit.
Please do not use the parking space adjacent to the house marked PRIVATE or park on the yellow hatched marking.
The £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded via PayPal within 14 days. Any costs incurred for extra cleaning, rubbish removal, breakages or the alarm sounding will be deducted from this deposit.
