We are exceptionally during school holidays, so you must arrive on time (not early) and leave the centre at the end of your session. If you are choosing to bring along food and cake and wish to decorate your table, this must be done and food consumed within your session time. No entertainers are permitted during soft play bookings. We ask that if you’re booking for a party/large group, you book for two hours back to back. This allows your guests time to arrive a bit late, the children to play and then eat cake etc. Any bookings that exceed 5 tickets(6 or more) that have not been booked for 2 or more hours will be cancelled by us and a refund processed via our bookings system.
