For the main course, choose between our succulent 35-day dry aged rump, perfectly complemented by beef dripping chips, steakhouse salad, and your choice of peppercorn or Béarnaise sauce. Alternatively, savor the pan-roasted hake paired with beef dripping chips and vinegar peppers, or try our Winslade Wellington – a delightful vegetarian option filled with celeriac, oyster mushrooms, shiitakes, and Winslade cheese, also served with beef dripping chips and a bitter leaf salad.
