You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.
Bringing your own food & drinks is done at your own risk. By making your deposit, you acknowledge that AvoCuddle Playroom is not liable for any issues related to the food and drinks you provide to your guests.

Kids Party Package at AvoCuddle Playroom

Celebrate your child's special day with the AvoCuddle Kids Party Package! Enjoy exclusive hire of our entire playroom, ensuring a private and fun-filled environment. Your little ones will have a blast with a range of large and small toys, including ride-on cars, a mini rollercoaster, a play kitchen, slides, and much more. Our dedicated party assistant will be there to make your day seamless, offering help with decorating, capturing those precious moments, and cake cutting. We take care of the setup before you arrive and ensure the play area is tidy before and after your event (just remember to remove your decorations and rubbish). The package also includes a Bluetooth speaker for music, tables and chairs for guests, and a personalized party invitation to make it truly special. Book now to create lasting memories at AvoCuddle!
Kids party package
- Exclusive hire of the whole playroom with play sessions closed off from the public.
- Large and Small Toys with Ride-On cars, Mini Rollercoaster, Play Kitchen, Slide and many more.
- Party Assistant throughout your event, including decorating setup, helping take photos, and cutting the cake.
- Set up the space before your arrival
- Cleaning the play area, including all toys, before and after your party. (You are required to remove your decorations and rubbish)

B1 - Buggies /Prams are to be parked outside side, and shoes can be stored together.
B2 - You can set up your removeable decorations, cake table etc anywhere inside.
B3 - Any party guests arriving early will not be allowed in until you the hirer has
arrived. Please let me know if someone other than yourself will arrive before you to
help you set up decorations etc.
You must be the first to arrive and last to leave.
An overstay fee of £25 per 15mins will be charged including any guests staying behind
after you have gone. Photo proof will be taken.
B4 - AvoCuddle Playroom will not accept any liability for any damage and/or loss of
personal belongings of your guests during the hire.
B5 - You the Hirer are responsible for all guests and any damage to the toys, venue
and contents.
Charges will be taken from your deposit and you are to make arrangements with your
guest if any additional damage costs occur.
Damages of £5 per small toy damaged will be charged and taken from the deposit.
£60 Deposit to hold the date and time. Your deposit is NOT included in the final venue hire and will be returned to you by bank transfer if no overstay or damages are charged.
