You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

We would also need a surety of £60 which is returned after your party, assuming there are no damages / extra cleaning required.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the original hire charge will be payable for cancellations notified two weeks or more before the booked date and 50% charge for cancellations less than two weeks notification.

All hall facilities are available for your usage, ensuring that there’s plenty of space for games, activities, and fun. Tailor your party to your child’s desires with access to various amenities. Whether it's lively games, creative crafts, or simply enjoying cake and treats with friends, we provide a perfect environment for a memorable celebration. Our staff is dedicated to making your experience seamless and enjoyable. The halls are hired for private functions. If tickets are issued they must be purchased before the doors are open and not by payment at the entrance.
The Hirer(s) will ensure that no entries regarding private functions being held at the halls are made on any publicly accessible social media.
The Hirer(s) will ensure that adequate responsible and sober adult supervision is provided for all private functions and particularly that the four entrance doors are properly supervised.
The Hirer(s)’ access to the Halls is only for the time booked. If the premises are entered earlier, without prior agreement, or have not been cleared & left within half an hour of the end of the booking, one hour’s hire charge will be deducted from the security deposit
