Enjoy two hours of exclusive hire of our delightful River Room, a unique venue nestled in London with beautiful views overlooking our goat yard. The River Room is an ideal setting for a children's party, providing a safe and inspiring environment for young guests to celebrate. Your rental includes full access to our farm facilities, where kids can explore, learn about animals, and enjoy the outdoors. We encourage you to tailor the format of the party to your child's preferences, ensuring a personalized experience that will be cherished. Whether it's a birthday bash or a special gathering, our dedicated team is here to assist you in every step, helping to create fun-filled activities and ensure the day's success. Our River Room is a lovely unique venue in London available for hire on weekends. The room is located just off the Thames Path and overlooks our goat yard, making it a fantastic space for a children’s party!
We leave the format of the party up to you.
1. The Hirer shall satisfy themselves that the facilities to be hired are suitable for their purposes.
We recommend a site visit before making a booking.
2. The use of the premises must not interfere with the workings of the Farm. Music must be kept
to a reasonable level. The Hirer acknowledges that they will not have exclusive use of the
Farm.
3. No naked flames or candles should be burnt on the premises and smoking is not permitted on
the Farm.
4. The consumption of alcohol within the Farm is not permitted.
5. At no time during the period of hire should any emergency exit be locked or obstructed.
6. Surrey Docks Farm cannot accept responsibility for any claims, costs or charges made in
respect of any loss or injury to any person using the premises.
7. For events with children the hirer must ensure there are enough responsible adults dedicated
to the care of children present at any event. Children must be supervised at all times,
particularly when exploring the rest of the Farm.
We ask for full payment of £175 for the hire period and an additional £100 refundable deposit to secure your booking.
