Mini Hiba is the first offspring from Hiba of Holborn and most items from the Hiba, Holborn menu can be found here. They are freshly prepared daily to the same quality and standard. The Mini Hiba team is a dynamic, young group of enthusiastic people who have had the experience of working at the main Hiba site and bring with them the Hiba spirit. Opened in 2015, Mini Hiba has become established in the local area as the go-to place for authentic, well-cooked Lebanese and Palestinian dishes. Mini Hiba is primarily a takeaway eatery, but there is seating for up to 14 people. We are very family orientated and love our younger customers – some of our toughest critics!

• Fattoush: A hearty salad of lettuce, cucumber, onions, radish, tomatoes, green & red peppers, parsley, and pomegranate with flash-fried pitta bread squares tossed in a lemon, sumac, and olive oil dressing.

• Falahi Salad: Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh cayenne green pepper, onion, and fresh garlic, sprinkle with parsley, drizzle lemon juice and olive oil.

• Qidreh: A garlicky, onion-spiced Palestinian rice with chickpeas and lamb shank, served with Falahi salad.

• Musakhan: Slow-roasted chicken flavored with lemony sumac, smothered in soft onions, piled onto delicious taboon bread, served with cucumber yogurt.

• Molokia: Nalta jute stew cooked with chicken in a lemony broth, served with chicken thigh and vermicelli rice.

• Shawarma: Roasted chicken with your choice of rice or chips.
