With extra facilitators available, you'll have all the support you need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration. Parents can unwind in our dedicated lounge area while the kids have the time of their lives. Plus, the Den is available for thrilling movie screenings or a karaoke session, ensuring endless entertainment for everyone. Mome London is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings while using our facilities.
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during normal use of the facility unless caused by staff negligence.
All visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to the facility’s rules.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
Deposit Amount: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled 7 days before the event (or on the day for smaller bookings, if you prefer).
Refunds & Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but we will happily transfer your booking to another available date if you provide at least 14 days’ notice.
Late Changes: For cancellations or changes with less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit cannot be transferred.
Final Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
