You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

The Kids Space Play Café offers a delightful Kids Party Package designed to make your child's special day unforgettable. With our comprehensive service, you’ll enjoy dedicated party support staff who will handle everything from setting up the venue to tidying up afterward. They will also assist in serving food and drinks, especially if you choose our catering options. For cake lovers, we provide cake slicing and serving, though the cake must be supplied by the customer. Our package includes vibrant decor and tableware, featuring a charming welcome sign on an easel, decorated stools, tablecloths, cups, plates (for self-catering), napkins, and cutlery. Additionally, we’ll adorn your space with rainbow-themed triangle bunting and a Happy Birthday banner. You'll also benefit from two hours of venue hire to enjoy all the festivities. Let us take care of the details, so you can celebrate and have fun with your little ones!
Kids party package
- Party support staff. Who will set up and tidy up. They will also serve food and drinks if opting for our catering options. Cake slicing and serving service (cake provided by customer).
- Decor and tableware. Welcome sign (chalkboard) & easel, decorated stools, table cloths, cups, plates (if self catering), napkins and cutlery. Rainbow themed triangle bunting and Happy Birthday bunting.Serving trays and Ice buckets if required.
- 2 hours of venue hire
Due to a party or public session before or after your party time and to allow sufficient time for our team to clean we have a strict set up and pack up time of 15 minutes. Please help us ensure all your guests leave by the end of the party time unless they are helping you pack up.
Food and drink is to be consumed in the designated areas, this is to avoid spillages and food mess on the toys and equipment.
We understand that they will have family and friends who are older than 5, this is fine for a private party. We ask that children play with equipment that is appropriate for their age.
We follow all the simple rules of a usual play session during a party:
Shoe off, socks on for everyone - if your party is on a warm day we suggest packing extra socks for guests who may not want to buy a pair.
Please respect our space and toys and use our equipment safely and appropriately - at the end of the party if everyone can help return a few toys to their homes that would be a great help.
