What is a Party package?
A "Party package" is a convenient option that consolidates all essential elements into a single, pre-selected, and customizable set. This can include venue rental, catering, decorations, music, entertainment (like a magician), and more. Each component of the package can be customized according to your preferences.
How to find the most suitable Party package?
Enter your details: location and number of guests. First, choose the venue and meals that suit you best, then customize the package as you wish — add or remove options like cake, music, decorations, etc.
How to customize the Party package?
The venue and meals are fixed for each specific package; to change them, please select a different package. On the bottom panel, you will see icons representing additional services: photographer, party host, decor, musicians, etc. Click on the plus (+) sign in the corner of an icon to add an option to your package. To remove an option, click the cross (x).
PS: In some packages, it may be impossible to add certain options, such as decorations or musicians, if the venue does not allow them.
How to build and book your Party?
Once you’ve selected your services, date, and time, click the "Check Dates" button and fill in your contact details. At the final step, you will have two ways to proceed:
- Self-Booking (Free): Choose this if you want to manage everything yourself. After clicking "Complete", you will instantly receive a personal party page with direct links to the providers' booking pages, their phone numbers, and addresses. No more searching — just click, book, and you’re done.
- By Partyfer: Choose this if you want us to handle the coordination. Simply pay a small deposit (which goes toward your party cost), and we will contact all providers to secure your date and time for you.
Once you click "Confirm" or "Complete", you will receive an email with all your party details.
What happens next?
Your next steps depend on the booking method you selected:
- If you chose Self-Booking: The party is in your hands! Use the direct links and contact details provided on your confirmation page to book each service immediately. This method gives you full control.
- If you chose By Partyfer: Our system automatically notifies all providers. They have 24 hours to confirm the availability.
- Confirmation: Once the provider confirms, your reservation is secured. You will receive a notification with the provider's direct contacts to discuss final details and payment terms for the remaining balance.
- Convenience: We take care of the "back-and-forth" communication, so you can just sit back and wait for the confirmation.
How long does it take to confirm a reservation?
The Provider is required to confirm or reject the reservation within 24 hours. Once the Provider has confirmed, you will receive a notification confirming this.
How to check my reservation status?
You can check the status of your reservation in your account on the reservation page.
How to cancel a Party?
You can cancel your party using the “Cancel Party” button in your account on the created Party page.
Is a bank card required?
- No bank card is required if you select "Self-booking".
- Yes, you will need to provide card details to secure the reservation if you select "By Partyfer". Please note that all payments are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
What if I encounter issues with a Provider?
If you encounter any issues with a Service Provider, it's best to first try resolving the matter directly with them. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly on the spot. However, if a resolution isn't possible, please contact us at [email protected]
Be sure to document any problems with photos or videos and be prepared to provide additional information such as text messages, emails, or other communications. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
What If the Provider does not respond after confirming the Reservation?
We ask all our Providers to respond promptly to Users. Typically, most Providers reply within 24 to 48 hours.
