You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

KB02 Venue offers an exceptional Kids Party Package that gives you the freedom to create the perfect celebration for your child. With our private hire option, you can ensure exclusivity at reasonable prices. You can bring your own drinks — we provide empty jugs for your squash, and our café has a variety of offerings like teas, coffees, slush, and snacks, with the option to open a tab for guest drinks. Music is also in your hands; bring your CDs or connect your smartphone, MP3 player, or laptop via a headphone socket. To make serving easier, you can bring your own cutlery, such as plastic cups and plates. We recommend having a marker pen on hand to label your cups. Feel free to enhance the venue with your own decorations to match your theme. Celebrate your child's special day exactly how you envisioned with KB02 Venue.
Kids party package
Private Hires give you the flexibility to tailor your party exactly how you had imagined it. If exclusivity is what you're after, KB02 provides a great service at reasonable prices.
- Bring your own drinks, we have empty jugs you can borrow for your own squash. We have a cafe that sells teas, coffees, slush and snacks, you can open a tab for guests' drinks if required.
- Bring your MUSIC. We can play your CDs or plug in your smartphone, MP3 player or laptop via a headphone socket.
- Bring your own cutlery (plastic cups, plates etc). We advise to also bring a marker pen, otherwise you go through a lot of cups!
- Bring your own decorations if you want.
We do NOT allow you to bring in:
Alcoholic drinks.
Glass.
Kettles, Urns or any other hot water devices.
Party Poppers or Pinatas.
Firework or Sparkling type candles (smoke alarms are activated).
Cooking Equipment.

Not always. You can choose self booking and book directly with the venue and suppliers. Supplier links and contact details become available after you finish creating your party. A deposit may be required if you choose booking through Partyfer and want Partyfer to organise the party for you.

Self booking means you use Partyfer to create your party and calculate the full price, then contact and book the selected suppliers yourself. This option is useful if you want to manage supplier communication directly.
What is booking with Partyfer?
If you choose booking through Partyfer, Partyfer helps coordinate the venue and suppliers for your party. This can include the venue, food, cake, party activity and any added extras, depending on what you selected.
