You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks that suit your guests’ tastes and dietary needs. We provide basic kitchen facilities and an eating area with tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Please note: there is no option to cook or reheat food on-site, and you’ll need to bring your own plates, cutlery, and serving items.

We offer TWO FREE adult entries for the birthday child and one complimentary adult pass for each party child, making it easier for parents to join in on the excitement. With our 2-hour private outdoor party barn hire, you can create a unique and festive atmosphere tailored to your celebrations. Each child will be delighted with a picnic box filled with tasty treats, ensuring they have the energy to enjoy all their favorite activities. Plus, each party guest receives a return offer for another exciting visit. 10 working days prior to your party please provide us with a guest list including the names of all of the children and adults that will be attending.
No refunds will be given after payment.
The number of children in your party should also include any siblings who will be attending.
Organisers may arrive half an hour before the start of the party.
Guests will be checked off the guest list as they arrive as asked to wait for the Duty Manager to collect the group at the start of the party.
Guests wishing to visit the farm prior to the party will be asked to pay the regular admission fee.
Food allergies must be stated in the guest list. Some items are ordered in especially so may not be available if not pre-ordered.
If the Outdoor Play Area is booked and wet weather is due, the private hire will still go ahead, the Play Barn will NOT be given as a substitute.
