Questions about first day of school party
Can I organise a complete first day of school party on this page?
On this page, you can create a complete party in one place. It can include a venue, meals or catering, a cake, a party activity, and optional extras such as photography, decorations or entertainment. Partyfer calculates the full price instantly using current supplier prices, so you can see the total before booking.
Can I customise this party?
Yes. In most parties, you can change available options such as the menu, cake or activity, remove services where allowed, add extras inside existing services, or add extra services such as photography, decorations or entertainment. The available options depend on the suppliers included in this party.
Can I change the venue?
No. The venue is fixed because this party package was created for a specific venue. To choose a different venue, select another party package with the venue you want.
Can I add extra services?
Yes. If extra services are available for this party, you can add them while customising it. Extras may include photography, decorations, entertainment, party games, photo booth, music, food add-ons or other services depending on the party and event type.
How does the price change?
The total price recalculates instantly when you change the number of guests, change party services, add extras, remove selected services or add additional services. This helps you see the updated full party cost before continuing to booking.
How many guests can I choose?
The base party price is calculated for 10 guests. You can increase the guest count up to 50, where available. When you change the number of guests, the party price recalculates automatically.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Not always. You can choose self booking and book directly with the venue and suppliers. Supplier links and contact details become available after you finish creating your party. A deposit may be required if you choose booking through Partyfer and want Partyfer to organise the party for you.
What is self booking?
Self booking means you use Partyfer to create your party and calculate the full price, then contact and book the selected suppliers yourself. This option is useful if you want to manage supplier communication directly.
What is booking with Partyfer?
If you choose booking through Partyfer, Partyfer helps coordinate the venue and suppliers for your party. This can include the venue, food, cake, party activity and any added extras, depending on what you selected.
